通过对三种不同强度等级材料的微型剪切试验和与不同剪切点相对应的剪切面上压延流线的形态以及断口形貌观察和分析,探讨了金属材料在微型剪切过程中的变形和断裂的基本规律.试验结果表明,微型剪切时材料的变形和断裂过程,与常规拉伸试验既有相似之处,又有其固有特征.并初步提出了微型剪切过程中在剪切面附近的应力分布模型.从而为进一步深入研究微型剪切的机理和扩大其在工程技术中的实际应用提供了必要的理论依据.
