对比观察了山莨菪碱(654-2)降低慢性肝脏疾病患者血清谷-丙转氨酶的作用.治疗组为常用药加用642-2治疗.治疗结果:治疗总有效率治疗组为95.56％,对照组为64％,治疗组降低SGPT的作用非常明显(P<0.01).
The effect of Anisodamine (654-2) on lowering serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in patients with chronic liver disease was observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, while the control group In the treatment group, the effect of reducing SGPT was significant (P <0.01).
