无论社会或家庭为老人提供多么好的养老环境,如果老年人不调适自己的心理,不会养生,也不可能健康与长寿。著名生理学家巴甫洛夫说:“乐观是养生的唯一秘诀。”老年人要健康长寿,就要调适自己的心理状态,做情绪的主人。遇烦恼能排除,遭挫折能顶住,患疾病不发愁,是长寿的重要因素之一。有进取心的人热爱自己的生活,有生活目标,有精神支柱,生活充实,心情愉快。这种良好的心理状态就可使人体各机能互相协调、平衡,促进健康。
