Tumenzi Reservoir is located in southern Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province, Tu Niu upstream. The reservoir was founded in 1975 and consists of a main dam, an auxiliary dam and a spillway. It is the only national large-sized reservoir in Fengcheng City and the first one in Dandong City to be a masonry gravity dam reservoir.
