CD98是一种由重链和轻链组成异二聚体跨膜糖蛋白,在人体内广泛分布。轻链是氨基酸转运受体,重链通过β整合素相关信号通路参与细胞多种功能。CD98重链(CD98hc)在T和B淋巴细胞的增殖、浆细胞的形成和抗体分泌的过程中发挥着重要作用,还影响巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的功能,进而调控免疫细胞参与的固有免疫应答和适应性免疫应答。CD98也在多种自身免疫性疾病的发生发展中扮演重要角色,并有望成为自身免疫性疾病的治疗靶向标志物。
