学校体育是教育的重要组成部分,体育实践课是实现学校体育教育目标的直接方法和手段。体育实践课教学效果好坏将直接影响学生对体育重要性的认识,同时对帮助学生养成锻炼习惯、掌握体育知识、发展运动技能具有重要作用。对于贯彻落实“健康第一”的指导思想具有重要意义。本文从学生兴趣、体育教师素质、体育场地、教学方法等影响体育实践课教学效果的因素进行了研究,提出相应对策建议,以便在体育实践课教学中提高教学效果提供有效参考。
School physical education is an important part of education. Physical education practice is a direct method and means to achieve the goal of school physical education. The teaching effect of PE practice class will directly affect the students’ understanding of the importance of PE, meanwhile, it plays an important role in helping students to develop their exercise habits, master sports knowledge and develop sports skills. For the implementation of “health first” guiding ideology is of great significance. This paper studies the factors which affect the teaching effect of physical education practice such as students ’interests, physical education teachers’ qualities, sports venues and teaching methods, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to provide an effective reference for improving the teaching effect in PE practice teaching.
