近年来随着经济和科学技术的不断发展,我国企业的竞争和生存压力越来越大,为了更好地适应这种复杂多变的经营环境,企业必须克服自身在财务管理方面存在的不足与缺陷,而财务外包这种新型的管理模式正好能够弥补这些不足,使企业取得长足发展。但是在实施财务外包的同时也会伴随着各种各样的风险,如果处理不当,就会使企业遭受损失。本文在其他学者研究成果的基础上,进一步探讨如何规避财务外包所带来的风险,并针对性地提出了一些对策和建议,旨在为我国企业成功实施财务外包提供参考。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the competition and survival pressure of Chinese enterprises are getting bigger and bigger. In order to better adapt to this complex and ever-changing business environment, enterprises must overcome their own deficiencies in financial management Defects, and financial outsourcing this new management model just to make up for these deficiencies, so that enterprises have made great progress. However, the implementation of financial outsourcing is accompanied by a variety of risks. If not handled properly, the enterprises will suffer losses. Based on the research results of other scholars, this paper further explores how to avoid the risks brought by financial outsourcing and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions aimed at providing reference for the successful implementation of financial outsourcing in our country.
