一、混合班亟需科学的、统一的课程表在考察农村幼儿混合班时,我们发现,不少混合班其实成了“混乱班”——教学计划混乱,教学内容混乱。这两个“混乱”,都与教学日程的安排有关。一是没有固定的课表,缺乏计划性;二是照抄单式班课表,缺乏科学性。由于没有固定课表,每周上什么课,教师可随意“灵活”处置,以致出现了教师感兴趣的科目就多上,不感兴趣或准备比较麻烦的科目就少上甚至不上的情况。这样,学科偏废,《幼儿园教育纲要》所规定的教育任务自然难以完成。由于照抄单式班课表,教师以单式班上课程式进行教学,这样,不是亏了大组幼儿,就是亏了小组幼儿。因为,教师在教学中保证了大组幼儿的活动量,却使小组幼儿因
