在研究国内外不同厂家的10种金刚石多晶产品的成分、相组成、显微结构的基础上对目前实用的钻进用金刚石多晶体进行了分类。目前钻进用金刚石多晶体产品主要有D-Co(D表示金刚石),D-Si和D-Si-Ti三个系列。根据结构可分为金属陶瓷型(再结晶型)和陶瓷型两类。D-Co为金属陶瓷型,D-Si和D—Si-Ti为陶瓷型。金属陶瓷型多晶体的粘结相是金属或合金,金刚石颗粒之间通过聚集再结晶连成连续的网状骨架,粘结相分布于颗粒之间的空隙处(再结晶型则有较多的孔隙),陶瓷型多晶体的粘结相为碳化物,金刚石颗粒靠粘结相粘结在一起,粘结相连续分布。多晶体中普遍存在石墨相。
Based on the study of the composition, phase composition and microstructure of 10 kinds of diamond polycrystalline products from different factories at home and abroad, the present practical diamond polycrystals are classified.
