On May 20, 1994, a business delegation from Beijing Municipality held a conference on scientific and technological work of the system at the Commercial Hall. A total of more than 90 people, including scientific research institutes under the direct control of a commercial department and leading party and government leaders directly under the companies, attended the meeting.
