目的:确定截留相对分子质量≤1 k Da提取物为最终产物,优选半夏白术天麻汤方药的半仿生-酶法提取组合方式。方法:将方中6味中药排列组合成15组,以天麻素、甘草次酸、总黄酮、提取物得率及提取液HPLC总面积为评价指标,通过综合评分法优选半夏白术天麻汤方药的半仿生-酶法提取工艺组合。结果:6味中药的最佳组合方式为半夏、天麻、白术合提,茯苓、橘红、甘草合提。天麻素1.552 8 mg·g-1,甘草次酸189.864 2μg·g-1,总黄酮6.767 4 mg·g-1,HPLC总面积7 566.3,提取物0.238 1 g·g-1。结论:优选的药材组合方式合理可行,为复方提取工艺的优选提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the semi-bionic-enzymatic extraction and combination of the interception of the relative molecular mass ≤1 kDa extract as the final product, preferably Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction. Methods: Six herbs of Chinese herbs were arranged and combined into 15 groups. Gastrodin, glycyrrhetinic acid, total flavonoids, the yield of extract and the total area of HPLC were used as evaluation indexes. The comprehensive evaluation method of Banxia Tianzhu Tianma Decoction Semi-bionic - enzymatic extraction process combination. Results: The best combination of 6 herbs is Pinellia ternata, Atractylodes, Atractylodes, Poria, orange and licorice. Gastrodin 1.552 8 mg · g-1, glycyrrhetinic acid 189.864 2 μg · g-1, total flavonoids 6.767 4 mg · g-1, HPLC total area 7 566.3, extract 0.238 1 g · g-1. Conclusion: The optimal combination of herbs is reasonable and feasible, which provides a reference for the optimization of compound extraction process.
