On September 18, 2006, the inauguration ceremony of the demonstration base for promoting the introduction of bio-fermentation technology by State Administration of Foreign Exchange was held in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Vice Foreign Minister Wang Huaiyu, Vice Chairman Zhu Zhengzhong of the Autonomous Regional People’s Political Consultative Conference, and Economic and Technical Experts Division of the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Personnel Office of the autonomous region attended the opening ceremony.
