稻瘟净(C_(11)H_(17)O_3PS),以下简称Ki,是一种重要的有机磷杀菌剂,可用于稻谷等农作物中。茶科所曾简短报导过用薄层法可测定茶叶中Ki。关于大米中稻瘟净残留量测定方法,至今未见报导。我们用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行试验研究。现将实验情况及结果报告于下。实验部份 [仪器]1.自制夹心层析槽。 2.点样器:10μl微量注射器。
Kiwifruit net (C_ (11) H_ (17) O_3PS), hereinafter referred to as Ki, is an important organophosphorus bactericide that can be used in rice and other crops. Tea Branch has briefly reported the thin layer method can be used to determine the Ki in tea. There has been no report on the method for determining the net residue of rice blast in rice. We conducted a pilot study using thin layer chromatography (TLC). Now the experimental conditions and results reported below. Experimental part [instrument] 1 homemade sandwich chromatography tank. 2. Spotter: 10μl micro syringe.
