NKT细胞是近几年发现的一个表达NK细胞受体(NAN)并具有一定NK细胞功能特征的T细胞亚群,然而并不是所有NKR+T细胞都属于NKT细胞,目前用来标记NKT细胞分子很多,也很有争议。本文对NKR+T细胞的功能、表型及相关疾病进行分析,认为NKR+T细胞山包括NKT细胞在内的不同亚群组成,它们在自身兔疫性疾病和肿瘤的发病机制中发挥不同的作用。Vα24分子可以作为NKT细胞的特异性标记,用其它NK细胞受体标记NKT细胞可能会导致错误的试验结果。
NKT cells are a subset of T cells that express NK cell receptor (NAN) in recent years and have certain NK cell function. However, not all NKR + T cells belong to NKT cells and are currently used to label NKT cell molecules A lot, but also very controversial. In this paper, we analyzed the function, phenotypes and related diseases of NKR + T cells and concluded that NKR + T cells consist of different subsets of NKT cells, which play different roles in their own disease and tumor pathogenesis effect. Vα24 molecule can serve as a specific marker for NKT cells, and labeling of NKT cells with other NK cell receptors may lead to erroneous test results.
