[目的]分析延边地区汉族青少年肥胖分布特征.[方法]采用整群抽样方法抽取延边地区安图县高中3年级汉族学生共1 658人,测量身高、体重、腰围和臀围,分别以体重指数(BMI)和腰围作为评价肥胖的指标.[结果]男生各体格指标水平均明显高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生及女生的超重检出率分别为11.2%,7.1%,肥胖检出率分别为2.3%,1.4%,超重及肥胖合计检出率分别为13.5%,8.5%,男生和女生的超重及合计检出率差异间均有统计学意义(P<0.01).BMI与体重、腰围、臀围、腰围臀围比值(WHR)及腰围身高比值(WHtR)之间具有正相关关系,偏相关系数分别为0.893,0.548,0.584,0.056,0.555(P<0.05).多因素分析结果表明,本地区青少年超重肥胖与性别、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、WHR及WHtR有相关关系.[结论]延边地区汉族青少年BMI与体重、腰围、臀围、WHR及WHtR密切相关.
[Objective] To analyze the distribution of obesity among adolescents in Han nationality in Yanbian area. [Methods] A total of 1 658 Han students of Grade 3 in Antu County of Yanbian Prefecture were sampled by cluster sampling method. Height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. Body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference were used as indexes to evaluate obesity. [Results] The boys’ physical fitness was significantly higher than that of girls (P <0.01). The overweight rates of boys and girls were 11.2% and 7.1 The detection rates of obesity and obesity were 2.3% and 1.4% respectively, and the total detection rates of overweight and obesity were 13.5% and 8.5% respectively. There was significant difference between overweight and the total detection rate of boys and girls (P <0.01) ) .BMI had a positive correlation with body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR and WHtR, the partial correlation coefficients were 0.893,0.548,0.584,0.056,0.555 (P <0.05 Multivariate analysis showed that overweight and obesity was related to sex, height, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR and WHtR in adolescents in this region. [Conclusion] The body mass index, waist circumference, WHtR is closely related.
