本文在试样相对摩擦速度9.94m/s.正压力1.02MPa的条件下,系统地研究了金相组织对含硼铸铁干摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果证明:随着石墨形态由片状向蠕虫状变化时,含硼铸铁的磨耗量减小,摩擦系数提高;随着含硼铸铁含硼量的增加,组织中含硼斯氏体数量增加,含硼铸铁的抗拉强度降低,硬度提高,摩擦系数与耐磨性均大为提高。
In this paper, the influence of microstructure on the dry friction and wear properties of boron-containing cast iron was systematically studied under the condition of a relative friction speed of 9.94m / s and a positive pressure of 1.02MPa. The results show that with the change of graphite morphology from flake to worm, the wear amount of boron-containing cast iron decreases and the friction coefficient increases. With the increase of boron content of boron-containing cast iron, the amount of bismuth in the microstructure increases , Boron-containing cast iron reduced tensile strength, increased hardness, friction coefficient and wear resistance are greatly improved.
