少数民族地区边境贸易法律制度是调整少数民族边境地区与接壤的国家之间边民互市和边境小额贸易关系的法律规范的总称,是我国少数民族经济法律制度的一个重要组成部分,规范少数民族地区边境贸易可以发展民族经济,提高边境地区群众的生活水平和少数民族地区的社会、经济发展,从而体现各民族共同繁荣。
