本文提出用薄层色层来分离和检定某些稀有元素阳离子,层析时间短,分离效果良好。我们进行了两种展开剂的试验,其结果为: (1)以14—16N硝酸饱和过的TBP(TBP:C_6H_6=30:70)为展开剂,铀、钍、钪、锆和钛共存时能进行分离和检定,各元素的斑点均无拖尾现象; (2)以不同体积比例(v/v)的正丁醇、乙酰丙酮和醋酸的混合溶液为展开剂,铀斑点集中,钍、希土和锆的斑点有不同程度的拖尾现象,但铀易从钍、锆和希土中进行分离和检定。
In this paper, we propose to separate and test some rare element cations with a thin layer chromatography, the chromatographic time is short, and the separation effect is good. We have carried on the experiment of two kind of developing agent, the result is: (1) With 14-16N nitric acid saturated TBP (TBP: C_6H_6 = 30:70) as developing agent, uranium, thorium, scandium, zirconium and titanium coexist (2) The mixed solution of n-butanol, acetylacetone and acetic acid with different volume ratio (v / v) as the developing agent, the concentration of uranium spot, thorium, Smectite and zirconium speckles have varying degrees of tailing, but uranium is readily separated and verified from thorium, zirconium and quartz.
