顶岗实习是高职酒店管理专业培养方案中的重要组成部分,也是实践教学中不可缺少的环节。然而在实习过程中,存在的各种管理问题,严重影响了学生的实习积极性与实习效果。本文结合酒店管理专业顶岗实习中存在的实习管理问题,找出其中的原因,给出相应的解决措施。
Internship is an important part of vocational hotel management training programs, but also an indispensable part of the practice of teaching. However, in the process of internship, all kinds of management problems have seriously affected students’ internship enthusiasm and internship effect. This article combined with the internship management problems in the hotel management professional internship to find out the reasons and give corresponding solutions.
