随着科学技术和人类文明的进步,中医中药事业蓬勃发展,中药专业日逐受到国家的重视,中药材质量不断提高,但由于我国中药资源丰富,有数千种之多,加之各地用药习惯不同,中药存在同名异物、同物异名、一名多物、一物多名的混乱现象。另有一些伪品、误用品、代用品还不断出现,更增加了中药品种和名称混淆情况的严重性。再一方面,中医喜欢用一些别名、俗名。因此中医处方上往往出现一些药名不清,容易混淆,乃至写错了药名,有的错别字也不少,使配方人员无所适
