中餐主题宴会是利用一个特定的主题作为吸引标志,以向顾客提供与宴会的主题相适应的环境、菜肴以及服务为主的宴请方式。中餐主题宴会主题创意及菜单设计是酒店及餐饮创新的重要手段和方式。随着餐饮行业的竞争越来越激烈,中餐宴会的“特色化”和“个性化”也越来越被经营者所看重,并慢慢成为餐饮企业吸引顾客、创造利润的关键。个性化的主题宴往往更能抓住就餐者的心理,从而达到刺激餐饮消费的目的。在2015年福建省职业技能大赛中餐主体宴会设计比赛中,我所设计的中餐台面“国色天香”菜单及主题说明就很好了诠释了这份意境,升华了主题,成为了让人爱不释手的艺术品。
