From November 7 to November 9, 2015, at the invitation of Hebei Provincial Library, under the leadership of Zhang Lihua, director of the Bazhou Library, the staff of the Public Library of Bazhou District came to Wu’an, Handan to participate in the second phase of Hebei Province in 2015, Digital library promotion project training class. The training course invited experts from National Library of China, Hebei Provincial Library and Fanchang County Library in Anhui Province to give lectures and visit Handan City Library together.
