目的对辽东楤木叶的化学成分进行研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和制备HPLC等手段进行分离和纯化,利用理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从辽东楤木叶中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为glucocaulophyllogenin(1)、glycoside st-B(2)、silphioside E(3)、山萘酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素(5)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~4为首次从楤木属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从辽东楤木中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of alder leaves of Liaodongzi. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated from the leaves of Alnus johnsonii and identified as glucocaulophyllogenin (1), glycoside st-B (2), silphioside E (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose Glycosides (4), quercetin (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product. Compounds 2 ~ 4 were isolated from Alnus for the first time. Compound 5 was isolated from Alnus cremastogyne for the first time.
