在时代发展的潮流中,企业的思想政治工作也应该顺潮流而前进。近几年,我国的社会主义市场经济发展迅速,企业是市场经济的细胞,不管是国有企业还是民营企业,都为这份成绩做出了相当大的贡献。与此同时,我们也要看到市场经济下企业发展的缺失,经过对多家企业的研究,我们发现企业在思想政治工作方面还需改进。面对人民日益增长的物质文化需求,市场企业也该做出相关调整,以满足市场经济下人民对商品的需求。下面我们就谈谈新时期下做好企业思想政治工作的途径和方法。希望广大企业都能重视这个问题的研究。
In the tide of the development of the times, the ideological and political work of enterprises should also go forward along with the trend. In recent years, China’s socialist market economy has developed rapidly. Enterprises are the cells of a market economy. Both state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises have made considerable contributions to this achievement. At the same time, we also need to see the lack of enterprise development under the market economy. After studying a number of enterprises, we find that the enterprises still need to improve their ideological and political work. Faced with the ever-increasing material and cultural needs of the people, market-oriented enterprises should also make relevant adjustments to meet the people’s demand for commodities in a market economy. Now we will talk about ways and means to do a good job in ideological and political work of enterprises in the new period.
