实验结果表明,合成大蒜素具有诱发人淋巴细胞SCE的作用。所用剂量与诱发的SCE频率之间的相关系数为0.989。合成大蒜素可强烈抑制SGC人胃癌细胞集落的形成。此外,可抑制SGC细胞合成DNA和RNA,作用2h可分别抑制55%和50%。有趣的是合成大蒜素诱发SCE与抑制SGC细胞集落形成之间存在着相关性(r=-0.82)。根据Painter的SCE模型原理,作者认为合成大蒜素可能抑制细胞DNA复制叉的移动。
The experimental results show that synthetic allicin has the effect of inducing human lymphocyte SCE. The correlation coefficient between the dose used and the frequency of induced SCE was 0.989. Synthetic allicin can strongly inhibit the formation of SGC human gastric cancer cell colonies. In addition, SGC cells can inhibit the synthesis of DNA and RNA, the effect of 2h can be inhibited by 55% and 50%. Interestingly, there was a correlation (r=-0.82) between synthetic garlicin-induced SCE and inhibition of SGC cell colony formation. According to Painter’s SCE model theory, the authors believe that synthetic allicin may inhibit the movement of DNA replication forks.
