运用逻辑推理与实证相结的方法对柔道运动员得意技的培养的前提及组合与训练特征进行阐述。结果表明,柔道运动员得意技的组合训练与应用是一个系统工程,在得意技的训练过程中,应重点关注得意技的精与准才能达到柔道运动这“一招绝”的目的。
The method of combination of logical reasoning and positivism is used to elaborate the premise and combination and training characteristics of Judo athletes' ability to acquire Italian skills. The result shows that judo athletes' combination training and application is a systematic project. During the training process of judo skills, the focus should be on the precision and precision of judo skills to achieve the purpose of judo movement.
