《JB179—83渐开线圆柱齿轮精度》标准(以下简称新标准)所规定的齿轮副侧隙与JB179—60(旧标准)的侧隙,从形式到内容都大相径庭。新标准的“6齿轮副的侧隙规定”一条下列有三款,只作了一些原则性指示。6.1~6.3款间存在怎样的关联?实际执行中应如何正确合理地确定齿轮副的侧隙?笔者根据学习新标准的一些心得体会,着重谈谈齿轮副侧隙的计算问题,希望就正于读者,希望能对新标准的贯彻有所裨益。
The gear backlash specified in the JB179-83 Involute Cylindrical Gear Accuracy standard (hereinafter referred to as “the new standard”) is quite different from the backlash of the JB179-60 (old standard) from the form to the content.
