目的:优选喜马拉雅紫茉莉总皂苷的提取工艺条件。方法:以人参皂苷Re为对照品,用香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定喜马拉雅紫茉莉总皂苷的含量,以总皂苷收率为指标,采用单因素试验及正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、料液比对喜马拉雅紫茉莉总皂苷收率的影响。结果:各因素对总皂苷收率的影响顺序为提取温度>提取时间>乙醇体积分数;最佳提取工艺为加12倍量60%乙醇于70℃提取2次,每次2 h,总皂苷收率0.704%。结论:采用回流法提取喜马拉雅紫茉莉总皂苷的方法可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of total saponins of Mirabilis jalapa in Himalayas. Methods: Ginsenoside Re was used as reference substance. The content of total saponins in the jasmine jasmine was determined by vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetric method. The total saponin yield was taken as the index. The single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to investigate the ethanol concentration, Extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and the ratio of solid to liquid on the yield of total saponins of Mirabilis jalapa in Himalayas. Results: The order of the factors affecting the total saponin yield was extraction temperature> extraction time> ethanol volume fraction; the optimum extraction process was extraction of total saponins by adding 12 times the amount of 60% ethanol twice at 70 ℃ for 2 h Rate 0.704%. Conclusion: It is feasible to use reflux method to extract total saponins of Mirabilis jalapa.
