用Lastac激光装置治疗12例病人。男10,女2,平均年龄66.8±7.9岁。闭塞段平均长度5.4±2.2cm(范围3～10cm)。病变均位于股腘动脉,患者都有间断性跛行,1例伴有休息时疼痛,均无溃疡病变。根据病人主诉估计闭塞时间平均为7.8±5.9个月。治疗后随访平均时间7.1±0.68个月。 Lastac激光装置采用200μm石英光学纤维,尖端为氩激光探针,可直接放入球囊血管成形术导管内。在纤维远端装有光学镜片,能使激光在40°
12 patients were treated with the Lastac laser device. Male 10, female 2, the average age of 66.8 ± 7.9 years. The average occlusion length of 5.4 ± 2.2cm (range 3 ~ 10cm). Lesions are located in the femoral artery, patients have intermittent claudication, 1 case accompanied by rest pain, no ulcer lesions. According to the patient’s complaint, the estimated occlusion time averaged 7.8 ± 5.9 months. After treatment, the average follow-up time was 7.1 ± 0.68 months.
