The Second National Symposium on Scientific and Technological Assessment was held in Changsha, Hunan from October 24 to 25. More than 50 experts from scientific research institutes, universities, military academies and assessment institutes attended the conference. Symposium by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Assessment Research Center, China Science and Technology Policy Research Association Science and Technology Evaluation Committee jointly organized.
