目的了解目前苏州市社区卫生服务的开展情况,总结经验,找出存在的问题,以谋求更大的发展。方法以调查问卷的方式调查了苏州市6个区42个社区卫生服务站及其辖区内的1304名居民。结果苏州市目前开展社区卫生服务情况良好,但也存在站点分布欠合理、政府投入不足、卫生人员学历偏低等问题。讨论社区卫生服务是一项重大的卫生改革和深得民心的社会工程,应该大力发展。根据苏州市社区卫生服务站的实际情况,应加大政府支持力度,加强人员培训,合理分配卫生资源。
Objective To understand the current development of community health services in Suzhou City, summarize the experience and find out the existing problems in order to seek greater development. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 42 community health service stations in 6 districts and 1,304 residents in its jurisdiction. Results Currently, the community health service in Suzhou is in good condition, but there are also problems such as inadequate site distribution, insufficient government investment and low qualifications of health workers. Discussion Community health services is a major health reform and popular social engineering and should be vigorously developed. According to the actual situation of community health service station in Suzhou City, we should increase government support, strengthen staff training and allocate health resources rationally.
