我叫孙红敏,是一师四团七连党支部书记、指导员。七连位于托木尔峰脚下,近些年,连队经济持续发展,但离职工群众的期望还有一段距离。作为党支部书记和党建工作责任人,我作出了“当好领路人”的承诺。刚上任时,针对连队发展压力大、维稳任务重、干部思想情绪波动大的情况,我和党支部一班人坚持每月开展一次谈心活动,增加互信、疏导情绪,增强了党支部的凝聚力和战斗力;坚持每周召开一次支部例会,及时学习传达上级党组织的工作部署,确定阶段性工作目标任务,总结日常工作存在的不足,解决工作中遇到的具体问题。现在我们连的党员基本上都成了政策“一口清”。
