《自治区实施〈中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法〉办法》(以下简称《办法》)。经自治区九届人大常委会第二十四次会议审议通过,现已颁布实施。这对于保障我区农村村民实行自治,发展农村基层民主,促进农村社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设,具有十分重要的意义。早在1987年11月,六届全国人大常委会第二十三次会议就审议通过了《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法(试行)》。根据这一法律的要求,自治区七届人大常委会第二十二次会议
