患者陈××,男,28岁,瑞安籍,社员,住院号0001976。患者于1979年9月26日晨4时误服结晶敌百虫约200克,6时20分急诊入院。检查:神志不清,大蒜臭味浓厚,皮肤潮湿,瞳孔针尖样,面色苍白,呼吸急促,口唇发绀。心音低钝,心率63次/分,律齐。血压128/78。两肺闻湿罗音。全身肌束颤动。二便失禁。诊为有机磷农药中毒。立即给予生理盐水洗胃,吸引器抽吸并给氧;每隔15分钟静注阿托品20毫克,连续三次,以后10毫克一次;解
