中共中央《关于加强和改进思想政治工作的若干意见》发出后,社会反映不一,有叫好者,有观望者,也有无动于衷者。思想政治工作这个话题在今天的社会背景下,能否重新升温,能否真正“强”出新意,“改”出新意,首先取决于党内尤其是党的领导干部的认识程度。中央党校思想政治工作研究室主任张蔚萍教授最近讲的一课,对于大家了解中央强调加强和改进思想政治工作的意义、背景及政策措施,正确理解贯彻《若干意见》精神,能够有所帮助。现将部分内容摘编于此。
