煤矿企业物资管理工作有其特殊性,如何有效地控制成本是企业非常关注的问题。本文首先分析煤矿物资管理对成本控制的需求,然后系统论述在物资管理中控制成本应遵循的方向,并规划出相应的控制举措。
Coal mine material management has its own particularity, how to effectively control the cost of the enterprise is very concerned about the issue. This paper first analyzes the demand of coal material management for cost control, and then systematically discusses the direction of cost control in material management and plans corresponding control measures.
