通过对高速公路护栏波形梁截面形状、尺寸充许偏差、波峰间距、总宽度的计算分析 ,认为护栏波形梁用冷弯型钢的检验标准 (YB4 0 81- 92 )存在欠妥之处。建议将标准中弯曲角 α1、α2 参数取消 ,不再使用 α1、α2 的偏差要求 ;改用波峰间距 B1尺寸充许偏差
Through the calculation and analysis of the cross-sectional shape, dimensional allowable deviation, peak spacing and total width of the corrugated beam of the highway guardrail, it is considered that the inspection standard (YB4 0 81-92) of the cold-formed steel for the guardrail corrugated beam is defective.
