在拉削键槽的过程中,导向芯套(图1)的主要作用是为拉刀作导向、定位,并防止它偏斜。导向芯套的制造精度直接影响键槽质量。下面就导向芯套的加工谈谈体会。为了保证导向芯套的制造精度,我们使用了一套简易夹具,并采用了先精加工槽,再以槽定位,最后加工两外圆及端面的工艺方案。经生产实践证明,这种加工方法既简化了加工工艺,又保证了导向芯套的加工质量。简易夹具如图2所示。削边芯轴3是夹具中的重要定位元件,其制造精度又将影响导向芯套的精度。由于导向芯套在加工时的定位基准与设计基准不重合,削边芯轴的各部分尺寸与公差的确定须进行工艺性换算。导向芯套的轴线到15~(+0.018)槽底面的尺寸为L,
