目的探讨中西医结合治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法将50例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用米非司酮12.5 mg治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药。结果对照组总有效率68.0%,治疗组总有效率92.0%。结论中西医结合治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Fifty cases of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with mifepristone 12.5 mg. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 68.0%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%. Conclusion The treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to western medicine alone and is worthy of clinical application.
