随着数控技术和微机在国民经济各部门应用日益广泛,液压和电子技术的结合已成为必然趋势,为了促进液压与微机的结合,数字化液压元件的开发将成为八十年代液压技术发展的新动向。目前,国内外油泵的变量控制基本上是采用模拟量进行控制,如比较新颖的变量泵有负载敏感泵、电液伺服变量泵等。电液伺服阀加工精度要求高,造价贵,对油污染敏感,与微机结合需用数模转换装置,维护和修理复杂。本文介绍的数控泵克服了上述泵的不足之处,它是一种结构简单、工作可靠、造价低、易维修及便于与微机结合的新型变量泵。
With the increasing application of CNC technology and computer in various sectors of national economy, the combination of hydraulic and electronic technology has become an inevitable trend. In order to promote the combination of hydraulic pressure and microcomputer, the development of digital hydraulic components will become the new trend of hydraulic technology development in the 1980s . At present, the domestic and international variable-displacement pump control is basically the use of analog control, such as the more novel variable-load pump pump, electro-hydraulic servo variable pump. Electro-hydraulic servo valve machining accuracy demanding, expensive, sensitive to oil pollution, combined with the computer need digital-analog conversion device, maintenance and repair complex. This article describes the numerical control pump to overcome the shortcomings of the pump, it is a simple structure, reliable, low cost, easy maintenance and easy combination with the new computer-based variable pump.
