[目的]了解居民死亡水平及主要死因,为制定卫生政策、卫生规划提供科学依据。[方法]对2006年广州市越秀区居民死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2006年越秀区居民死亡率为603.94/10万。其中,男性为683.88/10万,女性为522.1/10万;不同性别死亡率均自0岁后开始随着年龄的增大而下降,至5~9岁最低,10~29岁相对平稳,35~39岁开始随年龄的增大升高较快,至85岁以上达到最高。全人群死亡率最高的前4位死因依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒外部原因;0~75岁居民全死因减寿年数(PYLL)为37 514.5人年,导致寿命损失最大的前4位死因是恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病。[结论]越秀区居民死亡率处于一般水平,慢性非传染性疾病是引起居民死亡的主要原因。
[Objective] To understand the level of death and the main causes of death among residents and provide a scientific basis for formulating health policies and health plans. [Method] The data of death of residents in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City in 2006 were analyzed. [Results] The mortality rate of residents in Yuexiu District in 2006 was 603.94 / 100000. Among them, the number of males was 683.88 / lakh and the number of females was 522.1 / lakh. The mortality rates of different sexes both decreased with increasing age from the age of 0 to the lowest of 5 to 9 years and relatively stable from 10 to 29 years old. 35 ~ 39 years old with the increase in age increased rapidly to reach the highest 85 years of age. The top four causes of death in the entire population were circulatory system diseases, malignancies, respiratory diseases, external causes of injury and poisoning in turn, and all-cause life expectancy (PYLL) for residents aged 0-75 years was 37 514.5 person-years, leading to life expectancy The top 4 causes of death were malignancy, circulatory diseases, injuries and poisonings, and respiratory diseases. [Conclusion] The mortality rate of residents in Yuexiu District is at a normal level. Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main cause of death among residents.
