从1997年开始应用 Na YAG 激光治疗鼻咽部疾病124例。①慢性肥厚性鼻炎51例。对粘膜肥厚不重者采用表面凝固法,鼻腔表麻3次后用激光光纤头在下鼻甲内侧缘由后至前划痕2～3条平行线,输出功率30W。粘膜重度肥厚或桑椹样改变者,表麻后局部注射1%利多卡因,用光纤点状照射肥厚粘膜,输出功率40W,间距1～2mm,每点照射1～2s,以粘膜发白为度。治疗后1周内少量应用1%麻黄碱点鼻,粘膜水肿逐渐消退,清除坏死脱落粘膜组织,创面愈合,通气改善。②鼻息肉27例。对较大的息肉先用圈套器或息肉钳摘除后,根蒂区创面再
