随着空间技术和遥感技术的发展,人类已经进入从宇宙空间观测、研究地球的新时代。现在许多国家都开始以现代遥感技术作为深入认识自己国土、开发资源和监测环境的新手段。近十年来,我国的遥感技术也取得了很大的进展。就地学遥感应用研究来说,自引进陆地卫星多谱段图像资料以来,许多单位开展了影像处理、信息提取、专题解译等方面的试验和研究,在地学的许多领域取得了许多可喜成果,对一些具有宏观结构的科学理论问题得到不少新的概念和认识。国庆三十五周年前夕出版的《陆地卫星影像中国地学分析图集》,是一部综合性的,较为全面反映地学领域遥感应用研究所取得成就的图集,也是推广遥感
With the development of space technology and remote sensing technology, mankind has entered a new era of studying and studying the Earth from space.
