随着我国新医改和新财务制度的实施,政府对医疗卫生事业的支持力度不断增大,政府投入卫生事业方面的资金和设备越来越多,特别是用于医院规模建设方面的资金投入增大,然而在基建财务管理中暴露出一些问题,那么如何科学有效的加强医院基建财务管理,使其最大限度的发挥其应有的效益,为广大患者提供优质的就医环境,已成为医院发展的重要内容。
