短暂的心肌缺血可使心肌处于预适应。本文通过对57例急性心肌梗塞患者的临床分析,了解心肌缺血预适应对心肌梗塞的影响。根据梗塞前有无预缺血将他们分为有预缺血组32例(A组)和无预缺血组25例(B组)。结果显示:B组患者心肌酶峰值、复杂性室早、心功能损害和病死率明显高于A组,差别均有显著性。说明心肌预缺血可缩小心肌梗塞范围和减少合并症且近期预后较好。本文揭示心肌缺血预适应将为临床上保护缺血心肌开辟新途径。
Short-term myocardial ischemia can make the myocardium preconditioning. In this paper, 57 cases of acute myocardial infarction in patients with clinical analysis to understand the impact of myocardial ischemic preconditioning on myocardial infarction. They were divided into pre-ischemic group (group A) 32 and non-ischemic group 25 (group B) according to whether pre-infarction or not. The results showed that the peak value of myocardial enzymes, the complexity of ventricular premature ventricular contractions, cardiac dysfunction and mortality in group B were significantly higher than those in group A, the differences were significant. Myocardial ischemia can reduce the scope of myocardial infarction and reduce complications and the recent good prognosis. This article reveals myocardial ischemic preconditioning will open up new avenues for the clinical protection of ischemic myocardium.
