为提高HDZ-80型药品装盒机中凸轮机构运动的稳定性,降低噪声,对凸轮的运动规律进行了改进。采用B样条函数运动规律代替原有的正弦加速度运动规律。同时开发了基于B样条函数运动规律的药品装盒机凸轮参数化软件,解决了现有凸轮参数化软件不能添加多约束运动控制条件的问题,使药品装盒机凸轮参数化软件更具有实用价值和普遍适用性。经过实验验证,改进运动规律后的凸轮在实际作业中噪声明显降低,且药品装盒机的产品包装质量明显提高,为带有类似圆柱凸轮机构的设备改进提供了参考。
In order to improve the stability of the cam mechanism in HDZ-80 type medicine boxing machine and reduce the noise, the movement law of the cam is improved.
