研究采用PCR-DGGE和DNA测序技术,探究了四川5个不同产区间川芎内生真菌群的差异性。结果表明川芎内生真菌群落结构存在不同个体、不同产区间的差异,同产区不同个体川芎内生真菌的相似程度较高,不同产区间的相似程度较低;道地产区都江堰市石羊镇川芎的内生真菌群落结构较其他4个产区丰富,同时与其他产区相似度均很低,存在其他产区未见的特有种。综合分析认为在四川5产区中,都江堰市石羊镇的川芎内生真菌种群最为多样且群落结构相对固定,这可能是川芎道地性形成的重要原因。
In this study, PCR-DGGE and DNA sequencing techniques were used to explore the differences of endophytic fungi groups in five different producing areas in Sichuan Province. The results showed that the endophyte community structure of Ligusticum chuanxiong differed among different individuals and between different producing areas. The similarity of endophytic fungi of Ligusticum chuanxiong Habitat was higher in different producing areas, and the similarities among different producing areas were lower. The structure of endophytic fungi in Chuanxiong was more abundant than the other four producing areas, while the similarity with other producing areas was very low. There were endemic fungi not found in other producing areas. Comprehensive analysis shows that among the 5 producing areas in Sichuan, the endophytic fungi species of Chuanxiong in Dujiangyan City are the most diverse and the community structure is relatively fixed, which may be the important reason for the formation of the Chuanxiong path.
