项目成本管理是施工企业项目管理的核心。目标管理是现代企业管理的重要手段之一,是将目标管理的相关原理引入到项目成本管理中来,融合为施工项目的目标成本管理。在施工项目管理中实行和运用目标成本管理,对于严格限制项目的各项成本支出,提高企业的经济效益和工程项目的管理水平,发挥员工的积极性等,都有着重大的意义。
