在普契尼的歌剧中,表现各种各样的女性角色,她们都充满了爱的智慧和魅力却又因此最终全部走向死亡,也许真的只有以生命的终点为证明才能表现出唉的崇高与真挚。通过对普契尼创作的众多女性角色做对比,得出了一个结论:她们都透露着带有母亲特色的一种气质,无时无刻不表达着母亲无私的爱,体现了无私地奉献、为爱甘心付出所有、艺术家的特性等等。这样深刻地塑造了这些女性的形象,更加体现出了普契尼生动的笔法,刻画了因爱生存的女神形象。
