近年来,吉林省委省政府非常重视职业培训工作,培养和造就了大量技能人才,为吉林省经济建设作出了重要贡献。但社会上某些重学历、轻技能的狭隘偏见依然存在,严重制约着技能人才的成长,已经成为阻碍扩大就业、提升吉林产业竞争力的一个瓶颈问题。因此,必须认清形势,提高认识,从服务就业,服务民生,服务吉林经济发展的高度,切实把职业培训抓紧抓好。
In recent years, Jilin provincial government attaches great importance to vocational training, training and bringing up a large number of skilled personnel for the economic construction of Jilin Province made an important contribution. However, certain narrow prejudices in the society, such as academic credentials and light skills, still exist, seriously restricting the growth of skilled personnel. This has become a bottleneck that hinders expansion of employment and promotion of the competitiveness of Jilin’s industries. Therefore, we must clearly understand the situation and raise our awareness so that we should pay close attention to vocational training from the perspective of serving employment, serving the people’s livelihood and serving Jilin’s economic development.
